Laminating considerably increases card life and durability. Lamination can prolong card life by 2 to 5 additional years when compared to non-laminated cards under similar conditions.

The P520 printer/laminator is ultra-quiet and fast, printing and laminating up to 125 cards per hour. It is designed to print and laminate both sides of a card for dual-sided applications.

A user-friendly LCD display indicates unit status, settings and maintenance functions. Control buttons allow quick, easy access to menu options. The card feeder cover can be opened during operation to reload cards for continuous production.

Other advanced features include automatic ribbon and laminate synchonization, an in-line cleaning cartridge, optional magnetic encoding and/or Smart Card contact stations, a reject hopper for cards that fail encoding, and both Centronics and USB interfaces. Windows™ drivers, compatible with Windows™ NT, 95, 98,and 2000, provide convenient plug and play operation.
